Between the recent tune-up, new battery, and under 300 miles on the clock, this Canadian Model A is ready to roll.

Description

Located in British Columbia, Canada, this 1928 Ford Model A truck convertible has been modified with a freshly tuned 1932 flathead V8 engine and a 3-speed manual transmission with floor shift. The truck is reported to be 85% original and is currently with its third owner, having remained in the same family for some time with a complete history of receipts. Registered with the Model A Ford Club of America, the truck is reported to present in like-new condition and has been stored in a climate-controlled garage. It is offered with a spare axle, steering column and wheel, receipts, and a clean British Columbia, Canada registration certificate.

The body is finished in red paint complemented by a new black convertible top, signal lamps, and stainless bumpers front and back. The truck does not have side windows, so plastic deflectors are installed to reduce the occupants' exposure to wind.

The truck rides on new tubed whitewall radials mounted on red spoked wheels with chrome hub caps. A matching spare sits forward of the driver's door and the bed is fitted with removable, refinished wood stakes.

The interior has been fitted with new blue upholstery on the doors and bench seat, as well as a floor-mounted emergency brake.

Cabin amenities include modern gauges, a tilting, aftermarket steering wheel, and a floor shifter.

Power is provided by a 1932 flathead V8 engine equipped paired with a 3-speed manual transmission and fitted with new dual carburetors. The engine recently received a fresh tune-up and a new battery. Power is routed through the 3-speed manual transmission with floor shift.

Underneath appears a dual stainless exhaust, modern brakes, and shocks at all four corners, A spare axle, steering column and wheel are included with the truck.
