Wrench Report
RestoMods Head Mechanic. 20 year classic car mechanic & builder.
Sliding behind the wheel of this big Cadillac gives you immediate confirmation that the 430-horsepower GM Performance 6.2-liter V8 means business. Torque from the Connect & Cruise-equipped LS-based crate engine rips through the 4L65E automatic and into the Strange 9-inch rear end's 3.55 gears, launching this Series 62 with a shove that belies its size. With the lowered CCP chassis and four-wheel power discs underneath, this land-yacht convertible corners and stops like it knows exactly what it's carrying!
