Few sounds say Sunday cruise like a 302 V8 breathing through dual exhaust with the top down. An aluminum intake and HEI distributor keep the small block eager, the aluminum radiator and electric fan keep it cool, and the B&M Ratchet shifter hands off the work to the automatic with plenty of muscle-car flair. Between the new power top hydraulics, the chrome brightwork, and polished 15-inch Centerlines wrapped in staggered Toyo rubber, this baby blue Falcon is built to be seen and enjoyed from every angle!
Description
This 1964 Ford Falcon Futura Convertible is a baby blue classic topped with a white power convertible top. Powered by a 302 V8 and paired with an automatic transmission, this Falcon is equipped with an aluminum radiator and electric cooling fan, an aluminum intake manifold, an HEI distributor, power steering, a chrome alternator, and an aluminum water pump. It is offered with a clean Oregon title.
Baby blue paint covers the body, with chrome brightwork running throughout. A white power convertible top completes the look, and its pump and hydraulic components are new.
The car rides on 15-inch polished chrome Centerline wheels wrapped in Toyo Proxes FZ4 tires, sized 205/50 in front and 205/55 in the rear.
Two-tone blue bucket seats flank a factory center console and the floors of the cabin and trunk are covered with blue carpet. A non-matching spare can be found in the trunk.
A Grant steering wheel sits in front of the factory layout, an aftermarket tachometer sits atop the dash, and auxiliary gauges are fitted below the dash and above a B&M Ratchet shifter. The odometer shows 97,004 miles, but true mileage is unknown.
A 302 V8 paired with an automatic transmission anchors the powertrain, with an aluminum intake manifold and HEI distributor on top and a chrome alternator and aluminum water pump at the front. Cooling duties fall to an aluminum radiator and an electric fan, and dual exhaust carries the exhaust note out the back.
Power steering is installed to assist the front end.
