Firing up a rebuilt air-cooled 1200cc in a VW Sea Blue '65 Beetle brings back that unmistakable Volkswagen soundtrack. The 4-speed manual keeps you busy rowing through the gears, the original gauges and vintage Sapphire 1 AM radio set the scene, and a brake system that has been fully gone through adds confidence for every stop. Riding on polished Mobelwagen wheels with a cream vinyl interior and the original purchase receipt in hand, this single-family Bug is ready to put a smile on every cruise!

Description

This 1965 Volkswagen Beetle is a restored, single-family-owned example finished in VW Sea Blue paint. Powered by a rebuilt air-cooled 1200cc engine and paired with a 4-speed manual transmission, this Beetle features a fully sorted brake system, polished Mobelwagen wheels, chrome brightwork, and a restored cream vinyl interior. It is offered with a clean Washington title and the original purchase receipt.

The body is finished in VW Sea Blue paint with refinished chrome brightwork and near-perfect glass.

The car rides on 15-inch polished Mobelwagen wheels wrapped in newer tires measuring 145/55 in front and 195/65 in the rear.

The restored interior is trimmed in cream vinyl with matching door panels and gray carpeting on the floor and in the frunk.

Cabin amenities include the original gauges, a vintage Sapphire 1 AM radio, and classic Volkswagen details. The odometer shows 67,603 miles; true mileage unknown.

Power comes from a rebuilt air-cooled 1200cc engine paired with a 4-speed manual transmission.

Per the seller, the brakes have fully sorted and stopping power is good.
