The 408ci LS3 big-power build displays incredible engineering under the hood, showcasing its Holley Sniper EFI setup, billet hinges, custom inner fenders, and sleek serpentine belt drive layout. Underneath, the custom GNS chassis, tubular front control arms, four-link rear geometry, and four-corner adjustable coilovers demonstrate a top-tier Pro-Touring chassis build designed to transfer 650 horsepower directly to those massive rear tires. With its shaved trim, frenched bumpers, Wilwood six-piston brakes, and high-end TMI interior, this '67 Chevelle exhibits extraordinary craftsmanship throughout.

Description

This 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu sport coupe is a fully shaved, custom Pro-Touring build powered by a 650-horsepower 408ci LS3-based V8 engine paired with a Tremec five-speed manual transmission. Constructed on a custom GNS chassis featuring a four-link rear suspension setup, four-corner coilovers, power rack-and-pinion steering, and Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes, this Chevelle incorporates extensive body modifications including shaved door handles, frenched bumpers, and deleted drip rails. It is now offered with engine specification sheets and an Alabama registration document in the seller's name.

The steel body is refinished in a custom blue paint scheme with shaved door handles, removed emblems, shaved chrome trim, deleted drip rails, and body-matched "frenched" front and rear bumpers. Exterior modifications include a raised cowl-induction hood, a matte-black front grille and taillight panel, one-piece power side windows, and keyless remote entry actuators operable via key fob.

The car rides on multi-piece Billet Specialties alloy wheels measuring 18 inches up front and 20 inches in the rear, wrapped in Delinte front tires and Mickey Thompson rear rubber over widened rear wheelwells.

The cabin features TMI Products front bucket seats trimmed in black leather and microsuede with a matching carpeted rear bulkhead, harness bar, custom center console, and color-matched upholstered door panels. Interior conveniences include Vintage Air climate control, power-operated one-piece front windows, an Alpine receiver connected to aftermarket audio components, and a custom-upholstered trunk housing a 20-gallon fuel cell.

The interior also features a billet aftermarket steering wheel mounted to a tilting steering column set ahead of a carbon-look instrument cluster housing white-dial AutoMeter gauges. A floor-mounted shifter with a billet handle manages the Tremec five-speed manual transmission.

The engine bay houses a 408ci LS3-based V8 engine built with an Eagle crankshaft, Mahle connecting rods, fly-cut pistons, a COMP camshaft, a Holley intake manifold with Sniper EFI, and Chevrolet-script LS-style black coil-near-plug valve covers. Engine cooling is supported by an aluminum radiator with an electric puller fan, while exhaust flows through custom headers, an X-pipe system with electric cutouts, and Stainless Works mufflers. Power is routed through a Tremec five-speed manual transmission to a narrowed 12-bolt positraction rear differential.

The body is mounted to a custom GNS frame engineered with tubular front A-arms, power rack-and-pinion steering, four-corner adjustable coilover shocks, and a rear four-link suspension system. Stopping power is provided by a Wilwood power disc brake setup featuring a Wilwood master cylinder, six-piston front calipers, four-piston rear calipers, and slotted rotors.

Those front, lower, inbrd A arm bushings look absolutely worn out. A arms look kind of fragile.

Any Dyno sheets to back up the 650 hp note?

bcmicorp Seller Oct 7, 10:34 am PDT
It was originally 690 horsepower, with a carburetor we detuned it to run on pump gas. You can turn it back up if you want to I just gotta put some high octane fuel in
