There is something inherently cool about a '57 Tri-Five two-door wagon, and this Handyman is built to actually be driven and enjoyed. The rebuilt 327 V8 has that perfect mechanical rumble through the dual exhaust thanks to the updated cam, while the 700R4 overdrive transmission lets it cruise effortlessly at 75 mph on the highway. With tubular front control arms, power steering, and power front disc brakes already installed, it becomes a incredibly usable, solid driver you can hop in and go anywhere.
Description
This 1957 Chevrolet Handyman is a two-door station wagon powered by a rebuilt 327ci small-block V8 paired with a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Acquired by the seller approximately two years ago from an estate, the long-roof Tri-Five features upgraded front tubular control arms, power front disc brakes, power steering, and a 12-bolt rear end. It is now offered with a clean Idaho title.
The exterior features iconic 1957 Tri-Five styling including signature tailfins, dual wind-split hood ornaments, chrome bumpers, and full-length side trim. The seller notes the paint shows driver-quality flaws, while the underlying bodywork and floor surfaces present virtually rust-free.
The car rides on vintage 15-inch American Racing Torq Thrust wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires that were fitted approximately four years ago. The tires measure 215/65 R15 in the front and 235/70 R15 out back.
The long-roof cabin features front and rear bench seating, replacement floor coverings, and matching interior side trim. Interior amenities include a functional factory heater and a split-folding rear seat setup for expanded rear cargo area.

I see where you say odometer is inop.
On the drive video it looks like the speedometer doesn't work either.
