Wrench Report
RestoMods Head Mechanic. 20 year classic car mechanic & builder.
Drop the Carson top and let the small-block 350 do the talking: this frame-off Hi-Boy was built for open-air fun! A Turbo 400 and Ford 9-inch carry the power, front drilled discs bring it to a stop, and a rumble seat adds old-school flair!
Description
Wescott's fiberglass body sits at the center of this 1932 Ford Roadster Hi-Boy, which has been through a complete frame-off restoration. Powered by a small-block Chevrolet 350ci V8 and paired with a Turbo 400 automatic transmission, this Ford features a Ford 9-inch rear end, canvas Carson top, rumble seat, tilt steering, front drilled disc brakes, an aluminum radiator, and an electric cooling fan. It is offered on a clean Nevada title.
