Frame connectors stiffen the lightweight B-body, Torq Thrust wheels fill the wheel wells, and a bomber-seat, no-radio, no-back-seat cabin keeps the focus on one thing: going fast!

Description

Red paint covers this 1963 Plymouth Belvedere Super Stock Replica, a two-door B-body coupe built for both street and strip. Powered by a 750-horsepower, 572ci Keith Black all-aluminum HEMI and paired with a three-speed TCI Super Street Fighter automatic transmission, this Plymouth carries Keith Black aluminum heads, dual 770 Cross Ram carburetors, a 4030 racing cam, a Dana 60 rear end, frame connectors, and 4-inch Doug's headers. The engine has been dyno tuned, and the car also has trunk-mounted batteries, a rear seat delete, and a radio delete. It is now offered with a clean title.

A single shade of red covers the two-door coupe body. The lightweight B-body shell carries the Super Stock Replica designation.

The car rides on a set of staggered-width Hoosier Pro Street tires over classic 15-inch Torq Thrust wheels.

Lightweight bomber seats covered in vinyl and fitted with lap belts occupy an all-red cabin. The rear seat has been deleted and red carpeting covers the floor.

A Grant GT steering wheel fronts the dash with standard readouts and a custom floor-mounted console is fitted with an Autometer 10k tachometer and other auxiliary gauges. Gear changes are handled by the automatic transmission.

Displacing 572 cubic inches, the all-aluminum Keith Black HEMI runs 12.5:1 compression. It uses Keith Black aluminum heads, Carrillo Pro Steel connecting rods, roller rockers, and a 4030 racing cam, and it breathes through dual 770 Cross Ram carburetors under dual new air cleaners. Four-inch Doug's headers carry the exhaust away, a 10-quart oil pan and electric cooling fan support the engine, and fresh spark plugs are installed. A TCI Super Street Fighter automatic with a 3200 rpm TCI stall converter sends power to a Dana 60 rear end fitted with Strange axles, 4.11 gears, and a Sure Grip differential. Two batteries housed inside polished chrome Taylor battery boxes are mounted in the trunk.

Frame connectors reinforce the lightweight B-body structure.
