Power steering, front disc brakes with a dual-reservoir master cylinder, and Performance GT Grand Prix tires on Vision Legend Series wheels give this coupe utility the manners for real road miles, with a tonneau-covered bed ready for the cargo!
Description
Built for driving, this 1967 Chevrolet El Camino is an upgraded coupe utility with a five-speed manual drivetrain. Powered by a built 327ci V8 and paired with a TKX five-speed manual transmission, this Chevrolet is fitted with a solid-lifter cam, an aluminum intake manifold, headers, MSD ignition, an electric cooling fan, power steering, and front disc brakes. A vinyl tonneau cover, a rubber bedliner, and a Mallory external fuel filter are also included.
A vinyl tonneau cover protects the cargo bed, which is fitted with a rubber bedliner.
The truck rides on Vision Legend Series wheels mounted with Performance GT Grand Prix tires.
Seating consists of a black vinyl split bench seat with three-point belts. Factory gauges and an Equus 8k-RPM Pro Tach are located behind the wood Grant steering wheel.
Auxiliary instrumentation consists of aftermarket Sun gauges, and the gears are selected with a Hurst Indy floor shifter.
A solid-lifter cam sits at the heart of the built 327ci V8, which is topped with an aluminum intake manifold and exhausts through headers. MSD ignition provides the spark, an electric fan handles cooling, and a Mallory external fuel filter cleans the fuel supply. The TKX five-speed manual transmission provides five forward gears.
Up front, disc brakes are paired with a dual-reservoir master cylinder, and power steering is installed.
